Process:
Thanks for ordering
the Bundle/Pack pay as you go sim card(s)
Just to give you an
update how this works.
When you order the
bundle / pack it is for 30 days period only and there is NO CONTRACT and it’s
just pay as you go service.
So when you choose the
bundle option e.g with data + mins and texts, we take a fresh SIM card make the
bundle on that sim and then post to yourself via Royal Mail.
We then wait for your
ebay message to confirm that you have received the SIM card and you are ready
to use the bundle from that day. We then activate the bundle on the same day
you send us the message and the bundle/pack starts for 30 days.
This process help you
to make the most of the bundle/pack and you get the complete 30 days as we
activate the bundle the day you send us the message and no time is lost during
Royal Mail delivery service.
Once we create the
BUNDLE your credit will show ZERO as the credit is used to make the BUNDLE.

How do my customers get
Double Big Bundles allowances?
New customers purchasing
an eligible Bundle will automatically be opted in to Double Up upon Sim activation
between 24 March to 22 June 2022.
Existing customers with
an eligible Bundle can opt in to Double Up by texting DOUBLE to 2424 from their
O2 Pay As You Go phone to activate the offer by 22 June.

Data rollover
Carry over your unused
data to the next month
Customers can carry
forward up to 100% of their standard monthly data allowance into the following
month. Unused data will carry over automatically, up to double the standard
data allowance. If they do not renew their bundle, or if they move to another
tariff, any unused or rollover data will expire immediately. Promotional data
is excluded from Data Rollover.
O2 rewards
Get up to 20% of your
top ups back every three months
New Customers If they
have opted into O2 Rewards, new customers will earn 10% back on all top-ups
every three months, increasing to 20% after six months.
Terms and Conditions:
Terms £10 minimum top up
for all Big Bundles. Big Bundle tariff value is the minimum monthly credit
balance or top up required to activate and renew bundle. Bundle will continue
to automatically renew on bundle renewal date if there is sufficient credit. If
bundle does not renew or is consumed, standard charges apply. You can switch
bundles once a month to take effect from bundle renewal date. UK calls/texts to
standard UK landlines and mobiles and when roaming in our Europe Zone. Special
and out of bundle numbers chargeable. Unused credit not refundable. Once the
500 international minutes are used, customer will have a discounted rate on any
additional international calling minutes they use within that monthly cycle.
