Do I need to book?
No. Walk in any time, 7 days a week, 10am to 8pm. If you’d like to check we have a part in stock, call 0203 689 8083 first.
How long does a screen repair take?
Most iPhone and Samsung screens are done in about 30 minutes while you wait. Laptops and water damage can take longer; we’ll tell you when you drop it off.
What does “no fix, no fee” mean?
If we can’t repair your device, you don’t pay for the attempt. You only pay when it’s fixed. Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty.
Can I drop off or send a parcel here?
Yes. We’re a UPS Access Point, so you can drop off UPS parcels and returns and collect missed UPS deliveries. We can also send parcels for you with DHL, UPS or FedEx. Ask at the counter for a price.
Do you deliver SIMs and top-ups?
Yes. SIM cards, vouchers and calling cards can be ordered on this site and posted anywhere in the UK. Direct top-ups are applied straight to your number.
Where do I park, and which buses stop nearby?
We’re at 396 Barking Road, E13 8HJ, near Balaam Street. Buses 5, 115, 276, 300, 330, 325 and 241 stop close by. Canning Town station is a short bus ride.
