UPS Access Point questions
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm. Parcels can be dropped off or collected any time we’re open.
Do you drop off DHL parcels?
No. We’re a UPS Access Point only, so prepaid DHL or FedEx labels can’t be dropped off here. We can still send a parcel for you with DHL, UPS or FedEx at the counter.
What do I need to collect a parcel?
Photo ID and the tracking number or the UPS message. If someone else is collecting for you, check the UPS message for what they need to bring.
Can I print a label in the shop?
Yes. We have printing at the same counter, so you can print a label from your phone or email.
Can I do other things while I’m here?
Yes. The same counter does phone repairs, SIM cards, top-ups, printing and scanning.
