There is no booking. Walk in any day between 10am and 8pm, show us the phone and tell us what’s wrong. We check it on the spot and give you a price before any work starts.
Most screen and battery jobs take about 30 minutes, so you can wait in the shop or pop out and come back. Water damage, motherboard work and laptops can take longer; we’ll tell you when it will be ready.
If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay. Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty on the part and the work.

Do I need to book?
No. Walk in any time, 7 days a week, 10am to 8pm. Call 0203 689 8083 first if you want to check a part is in stock.
How long does a screen repair take?
Most iPhone and Samsung screens take about 30 minutes while you wait. Some models need the part ordered in; we’ll tell you on the day.
What does “no fix, no fee” mean?
If we can’t repair your device, you don’t pay for the attempt. You only pay when it’s fixed.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
The part we fitted and our work, for 30 days from the repair. If the same fault comes back, bring the device and your receipt to the shop. New accidental damage, such as a fresh crack or water, isn’t covered.
Will I lose my photos and data?
Screen, battery, port and camera repairs don’t touch your data. Software restores can, so back up first if you can, or ask us to try to save your data.
